OPEN LETTER to Mr. László Andor European Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion European Commission

OPEN LETTER
To: László Andor
European Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion
European Commission
B - 1049 Brussels
(Belgium)

According to mythology of my country, the innocent Iphigenia was sacrificed so the wind will change in favor of the Troy campaign. In fact, in Europe, in the name of economic convergence and financial interests employment was sacrificed. Our area (Elected Region) with the combination of poverty, low GDP per capita  and incompetence-inactivity of the those who run the Elected Region, it has the highest unemployment rate. Unemployed means no income, the worst possible psychology, reaching if not already there, poverty and meaningless wandering around, jobless. For the young people that is the demolition of their dreams.

We choose not to attend to your expensive workshop, that will take place today, March 4th, in Kavala, Greece.

Head of the Opposition at  the Regional Council of East Macedonia and Thrace,
Giorgos Pavlidis
